Comprehensive, patient-centred primary and episodic care for all ages. Our Nurse Practitioners provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, and follow-up for acute concerns, chronic conditions, preventive health, and wellness needs.

Medical Forms

Certain Pre-employment medicals, Drivers medicals, and educational medicals. Please contact us with the forms prior to your appointment and ensure you have completed all necessary steps before seeing the Nurse Practitioner. We do not currently do DTC or Workplace NL forms.

Reproductive & Sexual Health

Appointments dealing with sexual, reproductive or hormonal health.

Counselling / Mental Health

Offering counseling services to children, adolescents and adults in the area of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, coping with change, stress management and other mental health related issues.

Blood & Urine Collection

Collection of blood and urine for laboratory testing - requires an order by a Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor. Please bring a physical copy of your requisition with you or email it to us in advance of your appointment.

Tuberculin Testing

A tuberculin test will determine if tuberculosis bacteria are present in your body. It is not a vaccine against tuberculosis.

48-72 hours following injection called tuberculin just under your skin, our nurse will inspect the test spot to determine results. This second appointment is required to complete 1 full step. A 2-Step test is often required.

Travel Consults and Vaccinations

We provide consults to individuals, families and groups prior to travel. Whether you’re a vacationer, business traveler, adventurer, or relief worker our goal is to keep you informed, protected and safe. Administration of a vaccine by a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. We stock many vaccines recommended for travel such as Twinrix, Dukoral, etc. as well as standard vaccines like Ada... Mobile Advanced Foot Care

Our Mobile Footcare service is provided in the comfort of your own home. Our trained footcare nurses will come to you to perform your advanced footcare needs. Please note that there is a limitation of about 20km radius from clinic that we can accommodate for travel timing. Address must be included in patient profile.

Jennifer is a compassionate and experienced nursing professional with over 19 years in healthcare, Jennifer is a Canadian-educated Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in pediatrics, surgical care, and mental health. She started her nursing career caring for children at Texas Children’s Hospital and, since returning to Newfoundland and Labrador, has worked in operating rooms, surgical clinics, cardiology, and as a triage nurse for 811 and the Mental Health Crisis Line. I began providing foot care services in 1999 while working with the Victorian Order of Nurses, and I have continued to see foot care clients privately ever since. Foot care has always been an area of nursing that I value deeply, as maintaining healthy feet plays such an important role in mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Throughout my career, I have worked in critical care, general surgery, and post-anaesthesia care, experiences that have strengthened my clinical skills and attention to detail. I graduated from St. Clares School of Nursing, I hold a Master of Nursing from Athabasca University and am certified in Advanced Foot Care, BCLS, ASIST, fit testing education, and neuromodulators.

Born and raised in Mount Pearl, Katheryn brings over 15 years of nursing experience to her role as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

A 2010 graduate of Memorial University’s Bachelor of Nursing program, Katheryn has a strong foundation in operating room nursing and cardiac care. She spent eight years as a Cardiac Registered Nurse First Assistant, supporting patients through complex cardiac surgeries.

Sarah has 20+ years in the health care field working her way from practical nurse (LPN) to a Master of Science in Nursing, obtaining her Nurse Practitioner through Memorial University (MScN-NP). She has experience in geriatrics, primary care and emergency settings, however her specialty lies in psychiatry and mental health for which she is certified through the Canadian Nurses Association. As a volunteer Sarah sits on the Board of Directors for Homestead Inc. (a non-profit organization addressing homelessness) and has previously completed a mission trip to Nicaragua with Team Broken Earth.
